The Wabash Railroad recreates the Fort Wayne area in the early 1960's. Through freights and passenger trains ply the rails in and out of Fort Wayne terminal. The railroad is controlled by a prototypically based US&S tower panel. The operation of the layout draws heavily on the memories of the owner's father who was a Wabash employee in Fort Wayne. This is an intimate railroad that challenges yardmaster and crews with a steady stream of traffic.
